1分钟前发布 -【语言文字规范化的原因?】http://www.zjks.cc 10月19日讯: 语言文字规范化的原因?我国当前语言文字工作的三大任务：汉字规范化；推广与普及普通话；推广《汉语拼音方案》。语言文字规范化重大意义大致为：现代化经济建设与社会发展的需要；普及教育和提高教育质量的需要；国家的统一、民族的团结及社会的广泛交往；对外交往，提高汉语的国际地位。希望我们每一个人都说规范的现代汉语普通话，书写规范的现代简体汉字，为国家的语言文字规范化做身体力行的事情。我国古代战国时期最强盛的七国，有齐、楚、燕、韩、赵、魏、秦。每个国使用的文字不一样、度量衡不一样、路的宽度也不一样，十里不同风，百里不同俗。这样不利于国家的统一和民众间的交流。秦始皇后期修长城建阿房，对百姓可谓残暴，但他统一了中国，使用相同的文字、度量衡等等，他的历史功绩是不可磨灭的！

幼儿园语言文字工作具体实施方案?一、 创建目标以创建语言文字规范化示范学校为目标，进一步完善幼儿园工作制度，强化语言文字方针政策、法律法规、规范标准的认知度，形成与教育教学融为一体的语言文字工作机制，增强教职工的语言文字规范意识，引导幼儿学说规范的普通话，提高教职工的语言文字应用能力，真正使普通话和规范汉字成为教育教学的基本用语用字，进一步提升师幼基本素质。二、 组织领导三、 实施步骤（一）调查摸底1.对幼儿园使用语言文字现状进行调查，了解情况（特别是全园教师普通话达标的情况），找出存在的问题，积极整改。2.对园内用字（包括各种指示牌、标志牌、宣传栏、标语、幼儿园公文、教案和其他印刷物、书写评语等等）进行检查监督，对不规范用字、错别字等提出修改意见。（二）宣传发动1.组织全园师幼学习有关文件，提高对语言文字规范化重要意义的认识，动员全体教职工积极投入到开展语言文字规范化示范幼儿园的创建活动中来，促进该项活动的顺利发展。2. 充分利用园内的宣传栏、各班教室的家园栏、班级微信群等，宣传普及普通话和规范语言文字的重大意义，介绍规范语言文字的相关知识，发布幼儿园创建示范校活动实施方案及有关要求和安排，创设规范语言文字的良好环境和氛围。（三）制度保障全面贯彻国家语言文字法律法规、方针政策和语言文字规范标准，充分认识创建活动的重大意义，把提高师幼规范意识和语言文字应用能力的要求幼儿园目标培养之中。（四）强化训练1．对教职工语言文字的训练与要求。（1）要求各年龄组教师在教学活动中使用普通话教学。（2）教职员工与幼儿交谈使用普通话。（3）教职员工之间交谈使用普通话。（4）将普通话合格作为对教师进行业务考核，对普通话达不到规定水平的在职教师和不会说普通话的在职职工进行普通话培训。（5）各年龄组教师黑板用字、家园栏、幼儿评价、备课教案、教学反思等用字都要符合规范化要求。（6）组织教职工开展语言才艺、朗诵比赛等活动，促进语言文字的训练。2.对幼儿语言文字的训练与要求（1）小班幼儿能听懂普通话，学习使用普通话。（2）中班幼儿愿意用普通话与同伴交流。（3）大班幼儿能用较标准的普通话连贯地表达。（4）幼儿在集中教学、游戏活动中说普通话，在生活活动中与教职员工和其他幼儿相互之间交谈时说普通话。（五）检查考核1.幼儿园要将使用普通话和规范字纳入教师培训和教师继续教育活动，组织相关人员对全园教师定期普通话水平和规范用字的检测。2.教务处要加强幼儿一日活动的巡查，对活动中不使用普通话、不使用规范字的老师、幼儿要给予积极的指正和记录。3.对教师的教案、反思检查中要加强对使用规范字情况的考核。4.老师普通话水平和使用规范字的考核成绩要记入教师的业务工作档案。
